FB&R has been a primarily referral based company, with approximately 80% of those referrals coming from previous clients and approximately 20% from our subcontractors. These primary referral groups know our ethics, integrity, standards and quality better than anyone.
FB&R's first marketing effort other than business cards and a website was in March of 2008, when FB&R was one of only 12 professional remodelers in the Portland area to be featured on the 2008 Tour of Remodeled Homes. The Tour of Remodeled Homes is sponsored by the Remodeler's Council of the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland. During Tour weekend, FB&R's project was featured in two separate live remote television broadcasts on NW News Channel 8, at the request of the HBA, including "Out and About with Drew Carney." This project also recieved two 2008 Remodeling Excellence Awards from the HBA of Metro Portland on January 31, 2009, including a Silver Merit Award for FB&R's remodeling transformation.
FB&R is also a highly rated company on "Angie's List". The "Angie's List" website allows consumers to post reviews of companies they have used for various services.
