Fouch Building & Remodeling and Z3 Design Studio, Inc. were both

awarded 2008 REMODELING EXCELLENCE AWARDS from the HBA of

Portland for their DESIGN/BUILD project shown on the 2008 Tour of

Remodeled Homes. Awards were presented at the HBA's annual

"Evening of Excellence" gala, which honors Excellence in design,

building, remodeling and marketing. A total of only 30 awards were

presented for work completed in the Portland Metro area.

As part of Fouch Building & Remodeling's commitment to developing green practices, President John Fouch will earn his NAHB Certified Green Professional Designation in early 2009. This designation certifies building professionals in strategies for incorporating green-building principles into homes without driving up the cost of construction, providing consumers with lower energy costs and higher value. Green homes provide consumers lower maintenance, better indoor air quality, energy and resource efficiency and better long-term value.
